We build applied agentic AI that takes on the difficult, manual, low-value work inside operational processes — and replaces it with clean, summarised, trustworthy information, so your teams can focus on judgement, decisions and delivery.
Who we are
EONIR was founded in 2026 by Gijs Faber and Richard Gray to bring applied, agentic AI to the technology and delivery challenges enterprises face every day. We're not a research lab — we're operators who've run supply chains and delivery teams ourselves, and built the AI tools to prove the approach works.
Our core product guides clients' technology teams through the full development and delivery cycle, using an agentic methodology tailored to each business, so projects move faster and cost less than a traditional consultant-led build.
We're an inclusive, egalitarian business, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for New Zealand and Pacific indigenous communities.
What we do
We take on the difficult, manual, low-value work inside operational processes, and replace it with clean, summarised, trustworthy information — assessing opportunities, guiding delivery, building tools, and integrating them with the systems you already run.
We assess where agentic AI genuinely changes the economics of a project — speeding delivery, reducing cost, or removing risk — and build the roadmap to get there.
Our methodology guides and coordinates clients through the end-to-end software development and integration cycle, tailored to each company's specific business needs.
We build tools for operational, real-world systems — planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting — delivered by EONIR or alongside your own developers.
We connect AI tools into what you already run — enterprise, customer relationship, warehousing and financial systems — rather than asking you to replace them.
Where we focus
Our founders have run these functions themselves — which is why the AI we build fits how operations actually work, not how they look from the outside.
Six-time GM Supply Chain across grocery, meat processing, dairy, retail and building materials, spanning businesses from $700M to $9.2B in revenue — including greenfield and brownfield distribution centres, warehouse automation, and enterprise ERP transformation.
Led a supply chain and enterprise systems transformation across nine APAC countries under the GDP framework for a global animal-health business. In the healthcare distribution sector today, our project team is developing an AI-driven resource planning dashboard that combines enterprise demand data with live warehouse operational data to guide labour and capacity planning.
What we've built
Live, working tools — not pilots or proofs of concept.
AI-driven dashboards that combine enterprise and operational data to guide labour and capacity planning in real time.
Tools that summarise and interrogate financial data, turning raw reporting into clean, trustworthy input for decisions.
Automated testing tools that reduce manual test cycles across financial systems and processes.
Tools that help Pacific communities access information and AI — supporting language preservation and the sharing of cultural knowledge.
Who you'll work with
36 years as consultant and corporate executive across chemical, pharma, building, FMCG, dairy, retail, grocery and healthcare. GM Supply Chain roles at Fletcher Challenge, Carter Holt Harvey, Farmers Trading and Foodstuffs (Auckland), and current AI and automation programmes in the healthcare distribution sector. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Delft University of Technology; MBA, Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Over 20 years leading testing and delivery for complex systems at organisations including Sky TV, KiwiRail and Auckland Council. Focused on building AI-driven tools that solve everyday problems simply, with a particular passion for technology that supports Pacific communities — from preserving language to sharing cultural knowledge.
